I'll tell you when a website is enough.
If your idea doesn't need an app, you'll hear that from me, even if it makes the project smaller.
About
Sachin Sharma, a software developer in India. I work directly with the people who need the software, from the first whiteboard to the deploy.
The short version
What I do
Flutter, Next.js and TypeScript. The code that ships, tested and handed over clean.
Flows, data and boundaries, drawn before the first line is written, so cost and scope are honest.
The stack and the shape that fit your business, not the trend of the month.
Embedded with your team, making it work in your real world, not a demo.
The conglomerate platform replaced paper: lead-to-delivery went from 2 weeks to 4 days. Figures are the client's own and from my project notes.

Gamified habit tracker merging RPG mechanics with offline data ownership and atomic Google Drive sync.
Also built a real-time multi-tenant platform for a family-run conglomerate across automobile, retail and real estate, reported at ₹150 Cr+ in annual revenue: 5 brands, 8 outlets, and lead-to-delivery down from 2 weeks to 4 days.
How I work
Four steps from idea to a system you can test. The first two cost you nothing.
You tell me the idea over a call. I ask what you haven't thought of yet and write it down.
I send a free flow diagram: who does what, in what order. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
We meet and go through the flow. We fix what's wrong, agree what's first, and park what can wait for version two.
We build the system in milestones you can test, not a lump sum and a long wait.
The honest part
If your idea doesn't need an app, you'll hear that from me, even if it makes the project smaller.
Screens, features, what's not included, and milestones you can test. If it isn't written down, it isn't priced.
For a big team or round-the-clock operations I'll say so plainly, and tell you who else to bring in.
